What makes this comedy “work?” Granted, it may not be your cup of tea, subject-wise. But beyond that, what strategies does he use, with his usual/intended audience, to get laughs? The “Analyzing Comedy” blog I provided in course materials will help you a bit here.

Specifically, think about ethos/pathos/logos (see the Paper 1 assignment sheet, the “Backpacks vs. Briefcases” rhetorical analysis chapter of the textbook, and the video in the Week 3 materials if you need help here).
