case study question 3 1

I am doing a group case study i am responsible for question 3. I will be creating a ROI after i receive the write up which is what i need help with.

Question 3 is: When you consider the current overall process, what are some of the key problems? How would you improve the current operation ( think about root causes not just symptoms)? If investments are needed, please discuss feasibility (e.g., cost, time, return, etc…)

I have attached the case study and a power point that my group has put together it has our view of the current process and also has what we see as our key problems.

We decided that investing in software to handle inventory management and to also handle automated billing, and a software to allow customers to track the technician.

I just really need help writing something out. It needs to be in depth and while using appropriate supply chain terminology. This is for a Graduate degree class. There also needs to be at least 4 scholarly supply chain / business sources.
