When HR realized that they are going to be losing leaders due to retirement they can create a few different resources to try to combat any stalling within the comapny. They could create a shadow program, where employees can work with the older employees and see what their jobs truly entail and what would be expected. They can offer leadership and development classes or programs. Asking those who will be exiting the company to put together a small manual or detailed job decription with a Q & A section so they could be used as reference material.
