Ok, I was unlucky and ended up with a teacher/professor who appears to be a one of those hard to please ones and told me to rewrite my assignment as I did not get it somehow. What was said was this:

I think that you misunderstood the assignment which requires that you describe your company mission, your outreach, and your fundraiser.

You titled your assignment as addressing the Outreach Program, but the memorandum should address more than just this event.

The rest being about how she wont grade until resubmitted.
