I will also make sure to let them know about the opportunity for advancement. I would give them bonuses and rewards for them striving to be better. I would have a meeting every Thursday to make sure that I am doing all I can as their Leader so that they can do their best. I would also work just as hard as them because sometimes you have to lead by example.
