Based on “Case Study: Fetal Abnormality” and other required topic study materials, write a 750-1,000-word reflection that answers the following questions:

- Which theory or theories are being used by Jessica, Marco, Maria, and Dr. Wilson to determine the moral status of the fetus? What from the case study specifically leads you to believe that they hold the theory you selected?
- How does the theory determine or influence each of their recommendations for action?
- What theory do you agree with? Why? How would that theory determine or influence the recommendation for action?

This is as far as i got……
Every religion has human values and some controversy against bioethical issues, such as abortion. In the Christian faith, abortion is an ethical issue. “Scripture clearly expresses the sanctity of human life. In Exodus 20:13, When God gave his people the absolutes of spiritual and moral living, he commanded, “You shall not murder†(ESV)†(Fairchild, 2018). The Bible fully supports the idea that abortion involves taking the life of a human being who was made in the image of God. In my opinion, abortion is very complex issue for woman, because she has to make the right decision for the mother’s health, and future health complications of the newborn. Reading the scripture, I want abortion to be a black and white issue, but I don’t feel it is. I do believe abortion is a sin, but God treats it like every other sin. When we repent and confess, our loving Father forgives our sins. In the case study discussed, there is a situation in which a fetus develops a rare condition that would result in deformity that would forever impact its quality of life. The characters discussed all have different beliefs that make the final plan of action difficult.
Christian View of Humanity
The Christian World View claims that humans are created in the image of God, and therefore we are worthy. This is compatible with the theory based on human properties. One has only to be human to have full moral status.
