This assignment will help you prepare for the Topic 4 “Three Pillars and Future Impact” assignment. Review the directions in Topic 4 assignment for details.
For this assignment, you will need three scholarly journal articles, one for each of the Three Pillars (servant leadership, ethics, and entrepreneurism) that may come from the “References List” assignment in Topic 2. In addition, locate scholarly journal articles that provide support for the Topic 4 assignment on the Three Pillars as they relate to the industry with which you are familiar. In your annotated bibliography, include the following:
1.A brief description of the article.
2.Main ideas from the article.
3.How this source is relevant to your research paper.
4.Why the article is considered scholarly.
While APA format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

It is important to be able to create various spreadsheets within Excel. For this assignment, you will create six sheets within Excel. The six sheets are to be created with the following instructions and the “Excel Worksheet Template”:
Sheet 1
1.Open the Excel Worksheet found with these instructions in “Excel Assignment” in Topic 3.
2.Type your first and last name in cell A1.
3.Type “UNV-504” in cell A2.
4.Type “Topic 3 Excel Assignment” in cell A3.
5.Double click Sheet 1 in the bottom left corner and rename Sheet 1 as “Title Sheet.”
Sheet 2 (Review “Excel 2010 Tutorial for Beginners #3 – Calculation Basics & Formulas” and “Excel 2010: Basic Functions”)
1.Open Sheet 2 by clicking the Sheet 2 tab at the bottom of the Excel Workbook.
2.In cell D1, type “Total Unit Sales.”
3.Using the basic calculation functionality of Excel, find the total unit sales (Price per Unit times the Units Sold) for each product. Do not use a separate calculator to find the results. Include the result in column D.
4.Type “Average” in cell A12.
5.In cell B12, insert a function to find the average price per unit.
6.In cell C12, insert a function to find the average number of units sold.
7.Change the price per unit of weed spray to $26.06.
8.Change the plastic buckets units sold to 359.
9.Type Total Sales in cell F4.
10.Insert a function in cell G4 for the sum of all Total Unit Sales.
11.Rename Sheet 2 “Garden Store.”
Sheet 3 (Review “Excel 2010 Tutorial for Beginners #11 – Charts Pt.2 Pie Chart”)
1.Create a pie chart using the data in columns D and E.
2.Add data labels so that each slice of the pie shows the corresponding percentage and instrument family.
3.Rename Sheet 3 “Symphony.”
Sheet 4 (Review “Creating a Line Graph in Microsoft Excel”)
1.Create a line graph for Northeast Sales and Southeast Sales using the data provided.
2.Create a second line graph for Northwest Sales and Southwest Sales using the data provided.
3.Rename Sheet 4 “Division Sales.”
Sheet 5 (Review “Create an X Y Scatter Chart”)
1.Create a scatterplot using the data provided.
2.Label the X-Axis “Attendance” and the Y-Axis “Soft Drink Sold.”
3.Label Sheet 5 “Drinks.”
Sheet 6 (Review “Adding or Renaming a Worksheet in Excel 2010”)
1.Create a new tab.
2.In cell A1, type the most challenging part of this assignment.
3.In cell A2, write something new that you learned.
4.Label Sheet 6 “Last.”
5.Save the Excel Worksheet and submit in LoudCloud.
